Our returns policy is 14 days from purchase date after this time we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us before returning an item including photographs of any damage.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and will also let you know if your refund has been approved. If you are approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
To return your product please email us at daisy@homebyvictoria.co.uk and let us know why you want to return the item, we will then contact you with details on how to return the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Make sure you receive a Proof of Posting from your carrier, if the item is not received by us you are responsible for obtaining proof of delivery and / or claiming compensation from the carrier.
